How does the one-time license work?

You pay once and get a license key by email and in your dashboard. Enter it in the app to activate. The license stays valid for the duration you paid for (30 days, 6 months, or 1 year). When it ends, you buy another — no surprise charges, no auto-renewal, no card stored.

What's the refund policy?

14 days from purchase, full refund, no questions. Email contact@msecurity.app and we'll process it within two business days. After 14 days we don't refund partial usage, except where required by your local consumer-protection law.

Which payment methods work in Nepal?

Accepted Answer

Khalti (e-wallet, instant), Fonepay QR (scan with any banking app), and ConnectIPS / NPS (direct from your bank's e-banking). All settle in NPR; no FX fees.

What about outside Nepal?

Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, regional cards). Pricing is in USD. Your card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them.

Can I use one license on multiple devices?

Each license covers what its plan says — most are single-device, some desktop plans cover 3 devices. The device count is shown on each card before checkout. To protect more devices, buy additional licenses.

What happens when a license expires?

The protection turns off. The app keeps running but stops scanning new threats and stops the VPN. No nag screens, no ads — we just stop providing the service we're not being paid for. Buy another license to reactivate.

Is there a free version or trial?

Yes — a 14-day full-feature trial when you first install. After that, scanning, VPN, and other protections turn off. You can buy a license any time to reactivate.
